We only had one night to ourselves before our family arrived so we had to make the most of it. Dinner at the pier, a little wandering, and then an awesome ghost tour.

For some reason, this underwear always seems to bring out the comments….

In December 2015, Tucson had the honor of being chosen as the first US city with the designation of UNESCO City of Gastronomy. We have a very diverse restaurant community here that we love to explore.

Sometimes it’s the cleavage. Let’s face it, with me it is usually the cleavage. But giving a hint of the underwear is fun sometimes too.

Every Wednesday with few exceptions is date night at the Snake Den. Sometimes we stay in and solve a mystery game, watch a movie or play video games.

I get to share a photo of my favorite person today…looking at him always makes me say “Mmm.”

One of my favorite things about a hotel is a wonderful tub. And when it comes with a view?

The Snake Den has been a little crowded the past several months and taking new photos has been–challenging, at best. Non-existent at worst. Luckily I have a stock of some older trip photos that were fun to take.

I showed the view from our window last week–I’m doing it again, just in a slightly different way.

Our room in Vegas had a wonderful panoramic view. We could see from the Strip to the mountains–it was really spectacular!

We’ve spent the last few days in Portland and today we are headed to Vegas (yay!) Just a few pictures from our trip…

It’s a holiday here in the US, so we are off work for the day. Why did I pick a picture of Vegas to celebrate?

While we eat a lot of Mexican food, there’s something about Italian food, too. Am I right?

I really do enjoy my morning pictures from Snake. I can’t usually share them online, but once in a while I get one that I can.

Mexican food is definitely the thing we eat the most here in the Southwest. But, there’s just something about potatoes…especially those covered in cheese and bacon. Mmm…

Home is where I feel at peace and happy. Snuggled here on the couch with Snake is just a wonderful place and one of my favorite ways to wind down before bed. Mmm…

I try hard to not interrupt Snake while he’s working–until I feel like it’s time for him to take a break. And then I can be so distracting….

Just a drop of light, a hint of shadow and a loose strap.

There’s nothing quite as wonderful as the feeling of sun on your bare skin. Mmm…

Sometimes it’s fun to hide a little surprise under your clothes–makes for a much more fun date night.

A good friend of mine keeps telling me that no one is ever sad eating Mexican food. I sure can’t prove her wrong because it’s one of our favorite things to eat.
