I saw a quote today that really spoke to me about life right now. Everything feels uncertain and it is hard to know what to do next at times.

I saw this and I thought, one thing. I can do one positive thing each day.
Maybe it is going for a walk or some other form of exercise. Maybe it is reading a good book or doing a craft for a few minutes. Maybe it is cleaning out a drawer or a shelf.
Maybe it is snuggling with Snake while we watch a TV show or movie that we both enjoy. Or going to our dance lesson and just focusing on us.
In my weird brain, everything has to be big. I have to finish the whole closet or write 5 blog posts or something else. Finish it or don’t start it. So, guess what happens? I don’t start it. And the cycle continues.
So, I’m going to work on doing a thing that will allow me to look back and say, “Yes, it was really good that I did that. It was a good thing, you accomplished something and it was enough.” And then start again tomorrow.
